Privacy information (draft).

There are no customer accounts on this site. Orders and payments are handled in the checkout of our commerce platform, Shopify, which receives the details you enter there (name, address, email, phone and payment details) to process and deliver the order. The contact form and the withdrawal form store what you enter (name, email, order number and message) in our own database, hosted by Lovable Cloud, so that we can handle the request. A one-way hash of your network address is stored with it to limit spam.

The site stores a small amount of information locally in your own browser so it behaves consistently between pages. This information stays on your device, is not sent to us, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

• Saved objects (your list of favourites).
• A draft selection, so it is not lost when you move between pages.
• Your recent searches on the site.
• Whether you have dismissed the announcement bar.
• Whether the opening brand sequence has already been shown in this session.

The newsletter field on the site is not connected to a mailing service. Nothing typed into it is stored or sent. If you email the studio directly, we hold that message only to answer it.

The site is served from Lovable hosting, which processes technical request data such as IP address in server logs in order to deliver the pages. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google servers when a page loads. No analytics, advertising or tracking services are in use. If any are added, they load only after you accept them in Cookie settings.

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to complain to your supervisory authority (in Sweden, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).
