Returns & Cancellations
Changing your mind.
Your right to withdraw, how to tell us, and how complaints about faulty items are handled.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer buying from within the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name, received the goods. For an order delivered in several parts, the period runs from receipt of the last part.
To withdraw, tell us clearly before the period ends. The form below is the simplest way. You can also use any other clear statement, for example a message through the contact form. It is enough that you send the notice within the 14 days.
Exceptions in the law are narrow, for example goods made clearly to your personal specification. A small production run is not by itself an exception. Where an exception applies to a specific product, it is stated on that product page before you buy.
Withdrawal form
Fill in your details, review the notice and confirm. You will get a case reference and a timestamped receipt you can save. We never show order details in this form.
Returning the goods
Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice. The returns address will be sent to you in reply to your notice.
Unless we state otherwise in our reply, you pay the cost of returning the goods. Pack them carefully. You may handle the item as you would in a shop to judge it; if its value is reduced by handling beyond that, the reduction may be deducted.
Refunds
We refund the amount paid, including the standard delivery cost, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. We may wait until we have received the goods back, or proof that you have sent them. The refund goes to the original payment method. You will be told when the refund has actually been issued.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item is faulty or was damaged in transport, contact us through the contact form with your order number and photos. Consumers in Sweden have the right to complain about faults that existed at delivery for three years under the Consumer Sales Act, and other EU consumers have at least the statutory two-year guarantee of conformity. Complain within a reasonable time after you notice the fault; two months is always considered reasonable.
If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at arn.se, or your national consumer body.
Outside the EU
Deliveries outside the EU are not open yet. When a country outside the EU opens, the return terms, and who pays duties on a return, will be stated here for that country before you can buy.
